Mr. Joseph Coutinho possesses over 35 years of extensive experience in the MEP contracting field, with expertise spanning Techno-Commercial operations, contractual and legal matters, business development, and construction management. Renowned within the business community for his exceptional client relationships, entrepreneurial spirit, and leadership qualities, he plays a vital role in the company's success.

As the key executive responsible for the overall management of the company’s operations, Mr. Coutinho provides strategic guidance to the Board of Directors. His efforts are instrumental in driving productivity, shaping business strategy, overseeing administration, and ensuring the continual improvement of operational efficiency across all departments within the organization.

Mr. Tokumoto brings extensive global experience to our organization, having served at Kinden Corporation’s Corporate Headquarters in Japan and at its subsidiaries in Singapore and Yangon. As a newly appointed Director to the Board of Directors in December 2024, Mr. Tokumoto will be instrumental for overall management of the Company.

Mr. Yamanishi brings over 21 years of extensive experience with Kinden Corporation, Japan. In August 2020, he was appointed as a Director to the Board of Directors at International Electromechancial Services Co. (L.L.C), Dubai, U.A.E. As a Board Member and representative of Kinden Corporation, Mr. Yamanishi plays a pivotal role in the overall management of the company, with a particular focus on its financial operations and strategies. His leadership continues to contribute significantly to the organization's growth and success.
