How We Work

Our goals are simple: no accidents no harm to our employees; and no harm to the environment. To put this into perspective and help us achieve these goals, we developed a HSE Policy that reflects the way we do business. We believe safety is a collaboration of all employees that have to come together as a team and that by working as a team we are safer together.

The personal safety and health of each employee of our organization is of primary importance. We believe that our employees are our most important assets and that their safety at the worksite is our greatest responsibility. The prevention of occupationally induced injuries and illnesses is of such consequence that it will be given precedence over operating productivity whenever necessary. IEMS provides all mechanical and physical facilities required for the personal safety and health of each of its employees.

Our HSE policy is communicated to all employees, contractors and others working on our behalf. This ensures that there is cooperation between our employees and management in the observance of this policy and to help achieve our goals to reduce employee injury, prevent potential hazards through consistent safety management, and ensure compliance with relevant safety and health standards.
